I haven't jumped into the single scene for a little bit now, so this is a bit of a daring venture for me, but heeeere we go!! Grab a cup of java, relax, & if you are interested in really knowing what makes me tick, read on. It's going to take a more than a minute to get through this, but try to imagine what the pay off could potentially be!

Some adjectives that describe me: I am sweet, loyal, honest, trustworthy, intelligent, witty, a good conversationalist, a good communicator, an active listener, high energy, fun, kind, empathetic, & adventurous. I'm always willing to try new things, and I'm a see the glass half full kind of girl. I am generally smiling, and tend to be on the go from morning to night, so I cherish the quiet moments. I am also known to be one that can be trusted with confidence, and I haven't a problem admitting when I am wrong, or extending a heart felt apology when one is called for.

I am petite, a size 5/6, curvy (no that isn't a nice way to say "fat!"), Latina/Irish (makes for a saucy me!), long thick hair, big eyes, people tend to compliment my smile, and I dress trendy, but not over the top. I know how to dress for appropriately for any occasion, be it a ballgame, festival, going to hang with the family, or to a black-tie event.

I can easily sit at home, cook dinner, and cuddle up for a video for an evening, but I also like to have a simple dinner out, catch a movie, do a festival or concert, go dancing, discover new places, take a walk down at the beach, or if you have a bike, enjoy a nice long ride. I'm pretty social, so I'm often off to barbecues, friends places, or out with friends. This doesn't mean I live in the clubs, I'm just always finding one thing or another that looks like fun, & usually is. I am BIG on date night, so if you ONLY want to be a homebody or couch potato, then we more than likely would not be a good match for each other. Date night could mean a nice dinner cooked together, and shared over candle light, just something that is just for the two of us. I make every effort to make my significant other feel attractive, wanted, listened to, supported, understood, and important, and I must insist on having the same in a companion. If someone doesn't have much interest in doing his end on making me happy, or making the relationship work, then there isn't much chance on our being a match. Relationships take work, just like flowers need tending to, so that weeds don't choke them out, or a lack of sun, water, etc. doesn't kill them; a relationship needs nurturing. I am happy to do my end, but it takes two! Btw, I adore romance, and do not think it's just the man's responcibility, but please, if you haven't a clue about romance, then again, I doubt we'd be a good fit. Romance doesn't have to mean spending $$; it's the little sweet gestures that show the other that you appreciate them, you want to make them happy, and have them derive a sense of happiness through your gestures. I also love children, so if you have them, & they happen to be incredibly cute, then that's actually a nice bonus.

I love a man that is strong, with good morals, a good communicator, intelligence is a HUGE turn on, someone that has an abundant sense of humor, I appreciate a keen wit, someone adverturous that is into trying new things too, someone who is honest (not brutally so), faithful, and is looking for his Miss Right, not Miss Right Around Every Corner! Okay, physically I prefer someone in shape. If you have a beer belly, sorry but I work hard on not being a fatty, and take care in how I look, so I want the same in a mate. I workout, so should you, and that doesn’t mean just lifting a beer to your mouth. Also, I have rarely found a man older than me that I am attracted to, and have generally dated men younger than myself. I'd say 35 to to 48, but 50 (if you're the rare bird) might work. Not interested in being a cougar, so significantly younger (in your 20's or early 30's) probably won’t work for us either.

Family is extremely important to me, and I would prefer someone that has that same sense of family. I am extroverted, and while I get on well with those that are shy, I do prefer someone that is at least open to conversations that are initiated by my family and friends. If people are attempting to get to know you, and make you feel comfortable, then I would hope that the kindness is reciprocated. I (of course) am one that extends myself to my significant other's friends and family, and it's important to me that the people, whom are important to my significant other, are comfortable with me.

I do not smoke, I don't do drugs (sorry, but if you use the fact that they are prescription, & abuse them still, NOT interested!), nor am I a drunk, and I'm not remotely interested in someone that does. What I am interested in, is someone that when I think of him, will bring a sweet secret smile to my lips, one that will make others wonder what the reason for my happiness is.
